Early Projects

During his time at the University of Kentucky, Bailey was awarded with a resolution by the Kentucky House of Representatives and by the Governor of Kentucky, Ernie Fletcher, Senator Joey Pendleton, and Mayor Scott Marshall for designs completed for the city of Guthrie, Kentucky.[2] Bailey, led efforts to redesign the city of Guthrie, Kentucky, a once segregated and poverty stricken community in southern Kentucky.
